By using Kayo Physio you agree to these terms. Kayo Physio connects patients with independent, verified physiotherapists; we are a booking and payments platform, not a provider of medical care.

Bookings & payments

A booking fee is charged at the time of booking. Session costs are defined within each care plan and paid after mutual completion. Refunds follow the cancellation rules shown at booking time.

Conduct

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.
