Patients: delete it yourself

Your account is deleted straight away, from either place:

• In the app: open the More tab → About & legal → Delete my account.
• On the website: sign in → Profile → Delete account.

You'll be asked for your password (if your account has one) and to type DELETE. If a booking, care plan, unpaid session or refund is still open, we tell you what to settle first, so nothing you're owed — or owe — is lost with the account.

Therapists: request it

A therapist account holds a wallet, withdrawals and sometimes cash dues, so our team closes it after settling those with you. In the app, open More → About & legal → Delete my account → Request deletion, or use the form below.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: every session ends and the account can no longer be used.
• Your saved addresses, your linked Google sign-in and any pending email links.
• The devices registered for push notifications.
• For therapists, your profile is taken off search and can no longer be booked.

What we keep, and why

Records of bookings, care plans, sessions, prescriptions shared during your care, payments, refunds, payouts and the wallet ledger — including the name on them — are kept. They are records of services and payments that actually happened: the therapists you saw rely on them, and Indian tax, accounting and legal requirements oblige us to retain them. They are kept only as long as those requirements apply, are not used for marketing, and are not visible to anyone outside the people involved and our administrators. Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

No app, forgotten password, or a therapist account — send the request here. We reply to the account's email address to confirm it's yours before deleting anything.
